One of my most recent obsessions is lululemon athletica: the world’s cutest workout clothes. When I finally hopped on the lululemon bandwagon this past winter, I couldn’t believe I had gone my whole life without it. This fun athletic gear is made for both women and men, and also offers bags, headwear, socks & underwear, yoga accessories, and more! Not to mention the pieces are all so unique and colorful, they just make you want to get outside and sweat it out. Two birds, one stone.
Some of lululemon athletica’s most well-known pieces are: swiftly tech running tops, scuba hoodies, and wunder unders. As for my personal faves? I’m particularly attached to my no limits tank, wunder under crops, and swiftly tech long sleeve top. Although lululemon clothing does cost a pretty penny, it’s very well-made and lasts forever. The athletic gear I own is almost a year old and still looks like it’s brand new! If you still can’t justify dropping $50 bucks on a workout tank, make it your workout motivation. When I did P90X (aka death), I rewarded myself with one lululemon item for every month of the intensive workout plan that I completed. That way, I could rationalize spending so much and it was something to look forward to.
Are you lucky enough to live in Charleston like me? If you haven’t checked it out yet, the lululemon store here is absolutely amazing. It’s like being inside the website, except there are fit & friendly sales associates to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. As if that’s not enough, they also offer occasional community yoga sessions as well as run club every Wednesday at 6pm! These jogs around gorgeous King Street are either 3 or 5 miles, then afterwards, everyone goes to Mellow Mushroom for post-run pizza & beer. They cancel each other out, right?
